I do one thing.
Most small businesses run on the owner's memory. You know which numbers matter, what comes next, and who to call when something breaks. That works right up until it's the thing holding you back.
I do one thing: I help you get it out of your head and onto paper.
This is probably you if:
You know the business is doing fine, but you couldn't name the three numbers that prove it
You've hired someone and then explained the same thing four times, because it wasn't written down anywhere
Taking a week off means coming back to a mess, so you don't really take one
There's a decision you keep remaking, because nobody recorded how you made it last time
You have a list of things you'd fix if you had a quiet week, and you have not had a quiet week
What that's looked like:
For a fitness studio owner, it was a hiring application and a trainer on-boarding process, so she stopped teaching every new hire from scratch.
For an owner taking over a CPG brand, it was vendor setup and production logistics written down well enough to run without the person who built them.
Different businesses need different things. The four weeks are the same. What comes out the other end is always something written that you can hand to somebody else.
The Focus Project
What is it?
Four weeks. I find what's costing you the most, then turn how you run your business into something written down and repeatable.
Who is this for?
Owners of small, owner-operated businesses, roughly 2 to 20 people, where you're still the system.
What you get:
A written operating plan built for your business, not a template:
The numbers to watch, and how often to look at them
The processes that need to exist, written so someone else can run them
What to do first, and what can wait
How it Works:
Week 1. Mostly I listen. A few questions, and a look at how the business actually runs day to day.
Weeks 2 and 3. Working sessions. We build the plan together.
Week 4. You get the written plan, plus one round of revisions.
Day 30. Follow-up call to see what stuck.
Investment:
$2,500, fixed. Four weeks.
Included: the diagnostic call, up to three working sessions, your written operating plan, one revision, and the 30-day follow-up.
Not included: I don't execute the plan for you. Hiring, posting, running your tools, and any software costs stay with you. Work beyond the scope becomes its own project.
How the work gets done: I use AI the same way I'd use a good assistant: drafting, organizing, saving me time. It doesn't decide what matters. I do.
Start with a free hour. One conversation about your business. You leave with a written list of the three things costing you the most time, whether or not we work together.
After the project: Golden Crane On Call
A plan only works if someone keeps you honest about it. On Call is a quarterly check-in for owners who've finished a Focus Project. We look at what moved, what didn't, and what's changed since. $600 per quarter, cancel anytime. Available to Focus Project clients only.
